Capgemini Off-Campus Drive
Three rounds:
1. Aptitude test (quant and logical reasoning and one short essay)
2. Technical (pseudo code and basic programming questions)
3. Interview (TR+HR)
All the rounds are on the same day.
You need to clear 1st and 2nd round to qualify for interview.
They will short list the candidates based on Aptitude scores.
Those who are selected are eligible for interview. Some time you can also get interview call letter after 2 months also.
In my case my Aptitude was conducted on 18 November 2019 and I got interview call letter on 6 January 2020. So sometimes it takes time so keep patience and be cool minded don't get panic at any stage.

Carry all your documents, all marksheets, resume , aadhar, pan, photo (original+Xerox).

Interview
The interview was conducted on the Superset platform with a recruiter or technical interviewer. The questions are generally basic to intermediate, especially for freshers.Preparing basic aptitude, programming fundamentals, SQL, OOP, and your project explanation will cover a large portion of typical interview rounds.
It was a detailed 3 round process. Written, technical and HR. Covered a lot of things from SQL , Python, C++ to general behavioural questions. Had a general conversation with them as well. The HRs in general were good to talk to.

The interview process was professional and well-organized. The interviewers were respectful, asked relevant questions, and provided an opportunity to discuss my experience and skills. The overall interaction was positive, engaging, and helped me better understand the role and expectations.
