This was first round of interview, a technical one, went very well and all answers were given for the questions. It seemed quite a positive feedback from the interviewer,however HR did not gave response for multiple days and after trying to contact many times , he shared a negative feedback

Overall basics
The recruitment process was professional and comprehensive. It began with an HR screening, followed by two technical rounds focused on .NET internals and system design. The first round covered C# advanced features and ASP.NET Core, while the second round focused on microservices architecture, SQL optimization, and design patterns.
