Interview
I had two interviews. First one, I talked to a recruiter on the phone and then I got a face time interview. For face time interview, they asked me a lot about my resume and some technical questions about Java and Spring Boot. A few days later, I got an email saying I will be getting an offer letter and ended up never receiving it.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Gdańsk)
Interview
It went great. The interviewer explained the whole Capgemini Group and its job. We had about 20 minutes of presentation, and then we went to technical questions & live coding. This lasted for about an hour.
Applied via online portal, received interview link for 3+ years Java Developer role. Process included technical screening, coding rounds on Java/Spring, system design, managerial discussion, and HR round covering fit and salary, leading to final offer and onboarding
First round is a background fit with HR, simple tell me about yourself. Second round is an OA, and last round was a take home assignment one has to present to some of the team members (2).
