Worst experience with Capgemini
They schedule the interview and panels will not join some times
After the interview process they wont be having any candidate interview related information's
I felt they actually doing time pass with the candidates

Question 1
OOPS concepts, Basic java , Hibernate, Spring boot etc
Interview process was hectic. I got an schedule for interview but it was walkin. Then they took my resume for full stack and backend both. In full stack i got rejected. For backend i got selected. Interviewer was nice. She asked me core java questions then java 8, couple of coding questions which she was expecting to be implemented with streams, then spring boot and microservices. Got selected in L1. In L2 he qsked me to introduce myself asked couple of coding questions and sql queries and asked to wait and after 45 min told that i am rejected.

It was a virtual interview, it was quite easy. They mostly asked basic questions as they were looking to hire for one of their clients. Client interview is the next stage that takes place once after joining.

Interview
First round asked 2 easy level coding questions with basic and optimised approaches. Asked tech stack related questions like event loop, hoisting, aws services start times, map vs object. It was half hour long with no difficult questions just a very judgy person.
