Technical 2 round, not that tough, you mush have good knowledge though Manager round is all about personal HR round is just for name sake Done If Manager round clear, nothing more than that

At HR round HRBP said we can’t proceed with your candidacy as we can’t able to make budget even to match your current ctc. So if you guys know we don’t have budget why to schedule interviews. For wasting candidates time
