The actual interview process was of two weeks but they took 2-3 weeks to actually release the offer.
Interview was not that difficult, 1st - Technical and 2nd - more questions about the projects that you have worked on.
Interview take place from resume. Whatever mentioned on Resume was asked. Projects mentioned especially Gen AI Projects, what models used, evaluation metrics used. What is FastAPI, PCA, experience with cloud deployments.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Calcutta) in Jan 2026
Interview
The overall interview process was smooth and hassle-free. All the interview questions were related to the hiring domain. The experience was up to the mark, and the panel was knowledgeable.
