Online was basic aptitude, logical, programming.
GD was related to smart city. if you know the topic try to initiate the discussion, but if you don't then let others initiate, listen to them and then get a rough idea of the topic start to talk. Dont be aggressive in GD be polite and place your points with confidence.
1 on 1 technical was good for me as he asked related to project and some of the web related question.
HR for me was related to the gaps i had in education years.
My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.

The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
