I applied through university. I interviewed at Capgemini
Interview
The interview process begins with an Online Test that assesses candidates through technical questions, pseudocodes, essay writing, and game-based questions to evaluate problem-solving skills and aptitude. Successful candidates move to the Communication Round, which focuses on assessing verbal and interpersonal skills. Next is the Coding Round, where candidates solve programming challenges to demonstrate their technical proficiency. Finally, the process concludes with a comprehensive Interview, which typically includes technical, behavioral, and situational questions to evaluate the candidate's overall fit for the role.
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
