I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Capgemini (Mumbai) in Aug 2014
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I was hunted by one of the recruiters who did a technical screening first. After that I spoke to two senior managers. They were both different interviews. One was more behavioral and the other one was more technical. Finally I spoke with the capability leader which was more around a cultural for more than anything and to talk about my career ambitions. I was then given an offer that I negotiated and ultimately ended up accepting.
