I have applied through a staffing agency.
First round is Online test and based online test result, you might select to next technical and HR.
I cleared online test , but not technical. Also in technical interviewer didn't ask much questions also.He asked to write simple program within two minutes. i was written , but is not happy. think they have set of questions and answers, might my answer was right but not matching to what he expecting.
Also we should have more patience to wait for next round, because waiting time will be more than actual panel interview time
