I spoke with them at the career fair and had a really nice conversation. I received an offer for an interview later that evening with a link to the online application and responded the next morning with my availability. They never got back to me and I called and emailed multiple times. I just got a rejection email after almost two months.

Interview
Interview process was thorough consisting of three interviews. I was offered a position following the third interview. Cargill interviewers questions about my skills. All three interviews were with male faculty involved.
Long but organized
Hr consultants reaching out
First logic test (one hour long)
Then Hr reach out for behavioural questions
Then 3 different meetings: hiring manager, other stakeholders. Questions between behavioural and competency

Interview
They asked mostly behavioral type questions and last maybe 15 minutes. They were pretty laid back and weren't intimidating. Most of the questions were the same or similar and they just changed the wording a little.
