They called me and it was a 3 v 1 interview--three Cargil employees versus one interviewer. They were extremely formal and the questions were odd and out of context. They interview was very planned out and they didn't give much time for me to actually discuss my qualifications.

Interview
phone screen with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, in-person interviews with multiple people in a small room at the main office. Had to take a series of written assessments on writing skills and personality. Like a Myers Briggs test.
