A recruiting company placed me on a phone interview with a hiring manager and a technical manager with Cargill for an entry-level C#.NET position. They asked me about my project experience and if I had any questions for them. I was completely unprepared for the interview (it was my first), but it provided a wake-up call for me, so that was a huge positive.
