Initial telephone screening interview by HR - this was about 45 mins. It was relatively uneventful except for a really tough behavioural question.
Three (3) interview process, set in advance, so not a process of elimination each time. Interviews are very high levels with people you'd be working with (1), direct supervisor (2) and US counterpart to supervisor (3). There were two in each interview. Interviews were not tough, but very relevant. Any behavioural questions were asked with preamble as to how that directly impacted the position or performance in the position. It was challenging, but actually more because the interview process was spread over almost 4 weeks.
