Interview process was fast, <2 weeks. Met with recruiter, and two panels with two people each via Teams. Typical situational questions, was able to ask about role and company. Overall not a bad process, if just felt really rushed with limited time to prepare. Both interviews were back to back days with 5 days notice. Company does not ask for times that work for you, just provides them and expects you to flex your calendar to their availability. One panel was on a Friday afternoon and one the following Monday morning. Only follow up was an email informing me I was not chosen for the position. Seemed very non-friendly during interviews and hearing I was not selected for the role was disappointing as typically a recruiter will call to deliver the news and any feedback.
