Proactive follow-up calls from HR after every step, to check what were my first impressions and answer to any question related to the selection process. The hiring managers were clear in their explanations, posed smart questions and made me comfortable during the interviews. Expected deadlines were respected, apart from the addition of one extra step not originally in plan, but mentioned in a reasonable timeframe.
