Two rounds of interviews with the HR and trading team. The first round is a phone interview with HR which is competency-based. She asked about my motivation and teamwork/leadership experience. The interview experience is ok. The second-round is a video interview with the trading team. First of all, the HR staff made a mistake and told me the time for the interview that is 4 hours later than the actual time. I was running some errands when they called me so I had to tell them to delay the interview to the time I was initially told. When the interview begins, Gabriel Yong from the trading team was a bit frustrated about the delay (apparently he didn't know what happened). I had to explain to him that I was told a different time than the actual one and so the delay. Another lady joined the video call 10 mins into the interview. Both of them had their camera switched off during the entire interview process. This made me feel like I was being watched and I personally find it quite rude and disrespectful to the candidate when the candidate spends the time and effort to dress well and find a quiet environment with good lighting. They should have called this a phone interview instead. The experience is negative.

The entire selection process took 6 months, applied via IIMJOBS. After every round the HR went unresponsive and they would call you after 3 weeks please appear for next round. It had 3 rounds : - Telephonic interview - Panel interview with 3 people (including country head) - Final round with other seniors

Entretien RH classique via Skype puis 2 entretiens successifs avec les opérationnels, directement sur le lieu du poste. Processus d'entretien long et très sélectif. Plus de 100 candidats pour le poste, le dernier tour s'est joué entre 3 candidats.
