Contacted by the recruiter for the company to do a phone interview with a recruiter, then it is followed up with a face to face interview with supervisor and another supervisor.
Great interview process, learned a ton of information about the company culture, and exactly what the job entails, got nothing but good things to say about the guy that did my interview.
