Lengthy HR interview let alone further 3 rounds await- with Hiring Managers, Other Departments, and Regional. Most Q's were around professional experience, strengths, weaknesses, goals and expectation. However my experience was quite lengthy (~2hrs) and unnecessary given it's only the HR interview- spent hours going through detailed professional exp with HR where they struggled to understand market terms, concepts and 80/20 mindset. Later stage, you will be ghosted as HR would never touch base on the outcome as promised. Totally unprofessional.
