I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cargobase (Klang) in Jan 2026
Interview
Application Process: Applied through a job portal. Shortly after, I received an invitation via email for a cultural interview.
Interview Rounds: The process seems to involve 3 rounds. The first round is a cultural interview conducted by the Talent Acquisition team. Based on this interview, candidates are shortlisted for the second round.
Cultural Interview: This was more of a casual conversation. Questions were about personal background, hobbies, reasons for leaving previous roles, career expectations and past work experience. The outcome of this round determines whether you move forward.
Observation: While the role itself appears to involve tasks that can be taught and developed on the job, the company seems to expect a high level of professionalism from the start.
Compensation: The salary offered is fairly standard, not particularly high compared to the expectations set during the interview process.

Question 1
about yourself.
hobby
why left previous company
what you looking in new job
The interview with the hiring manager was a great experience; he was incredibly knowledgeable and someone I would have been eager to learn from. However, the communication after the interview was very disappointing. While I understand not being selected, I believe it's professional courtesy to inform a candidate of the decision, especially after they have invested significant time preparing for an on-site interview.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cargobase (Kuala Lumpur) in June 2025
Interview
Seems like a cool place to work. From the culture to the people to the product itself.
However, interview process was too long. Too adhoc (you will get email less than 24 hours for the next interview). and you feel like you need to beg in every stage. Left hanging and no clear picture of when will you know about the result.
People and company seems nice though. Too bad!
