I had a very disappointing experience with Cequence regarding their hiring process. Initially, I was contacted for a Technical Support Manager (TSM) role, which was well-aligned with my experience. However, after three weeks, I was informed that the VP wanted me to interview for a Junior Solution Architect position instead. I agreed, and the HR scheduled an interview with the Head of Cloud Support. Unfortunately, the interview was canceled three times due to panel unavailability. To compensate for the delays, they scheduled an interview with a Senior Manager from the Development team instead. However, even this was rescheduled multiple times, and the final interview took place after another week of waiting. When the interview finally happened, the interviewer asked only two questions: 1. Tell me about yourself 2. How is your organization using Kubernetes? After that, he mentioned that HR would reach out by the end of the week to schedule a technical discussion for the next round. However, I have not received any further updates. I followed up twice, but there has been no response from their side.
