      Honestly, no positives at all

      Cons

      Leadership are clueless and are desparate Revenue is not close to covering cost investment is dwindling Firing at bulk and at random to save costs to keep the lights on Churning customers to the tune of millions Competition are better No innovation - been around for over a decade but have never really 'made it' - which is down to the horrible culture and clueless leaders

      I've been here for years, and am departing to continue my personal career goals. Cequence is a very unique place to work, where you get out of it what you put in. Hard work is rewarded and recognized, and it's a tight knit group of people trying to better the company each day. Some of the biggest pros are: - Truly competitive benefits, they are top notch - Solid compensation - Very rewarding environment where impact of personal contributions can be seen immediately - The environment can be fun, don't expect bureaucratic crap making the culture dull - The CEO cares and is very open

      Cons

      Every company will have negative aspects, it's part of life and working. The only ones to list are: - Not everyone is technical, more folks need to get in the weeds - Customers can be unpredictable, this is true everywhere though
