Interview
I submitted an application and finally received an email from the recruiter to setup a time to complete a screening interview. I setup the interview with the recruiter and with through the basis questions. The recruiter then continued to ask more role specific questions. At the end of the interview she informed me that I would interview with 2 managers that oversee in the Client Support department. They then proceeded to informed me of the pay rate and what the tentative start date would be if I passed the interview with the managers. The following day I had a Skype interview with the 2 managers. The interview went well and was able to make a bond with both of the interviewers. At the end of the interview, one of the managers asked me a specific question regarding how I would describe a certain item to a client. I responded with the answer to what they were looking for. Then they ended the interview and informed that they would be in touch. The weekend passed and I received a call from the recruiter to inform that they decided to proceed with another candidate but they would keep my information on file. A couple weeks later the position was posted again so I applied again and sent an email to the recruiter. Never heard back from the recruiter but instead received an auto-email informing they are looking at other candidates.

Started by asking why Charles Schwab followed by 3 situational questions. They want to hear you answer using the STAR method. Situation, task, action, result. Suprised how quick it went. Was done in under 30mins after asking probably 8 questions

Tell me about a time when you were critiqued and received feedback. What actions did you take going forward.
The interview process was pretty standard. Asked basic level interview questions. It was only one interview.
I spoke with the brand manager and met with other advisors. They were really nice and professional.
So far the interview process has been impressive. Charles schwab talent team seem to have a process that had been very efficient. Communication has been great! I look forward to hearing from them
