I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (Denver, CO) in May 2020
Interview
Two interviews, took a week in between interviews, longer for background check, very friendly people. Pleasant experience, whole interview took about a month . Mostly behavioral questions. Informative and pretty relaxed.

Interview
I started talking to a recruiter for another role who suggested I take a look at this role to see if it would be a better fit, he was very friendly and helpful. I was then put in touch with another recruiter, who frankly seemed indifferent and when we spoke for during our first phone interview, gave me the feeling she didn't want to talk to me. Nonetheless I was pushed forward to the next interview with two managers. You're told by the recruiter that you need to study the information that they will send you via email, which doesn't come until the day before your interview for whatever reason. Prior to the interview you are supposed to listen to a mock call between a employee and customer. From there you have to explain to them what was going on and what the employee could have done better. Both managers were friendly and asked a lot of behavioral questions to judge your fit for the role. They told me that by the middle of next week I would have an answer, but had one the following morning from yet another person in their company that I hadn't had contact with before.
Overall, it was an odd experience and frankly I probably wouldn't have accepted an offer if they had extended one since I already had a better offer from one of there competitors. Their hiring process was unreasonably clunky and didn't really allow me to have any consistent point of contact that I could rely on to communicate with.

Interview
The process took about a week. A few days after I applied, they sent me an email to schedule an interview. First interview was asking me about my background and overall getting to know me. Second interview was with a hiring manager where the questions were STAR based. Much of the questions were specific to my last job and asking how I'd prepare for the exams.

Question 1
How would you effectively study for the licensure exams?
I applied online. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (Colorado Springs, CO)
Interview
The interview conductor was very pleasant and professional. She easily moved through questions and never made me feel like an answer was good or bad. Definitely a different experience because it was done over the phone instead of in person but still great!
