The interviewer was inviting and provided a sense of calm. We had more of a conversation than a standard interview. He listened and responded to ideas and questions that I had.

The whole experience was easy enough. Prepare for the interviews the way they say with the STAR method, and you'll be fine. Follow the format and stay on task. And then you'll be great!!

Interview
informational call to HR. I didn't make it past this process. I called in and a lady asked me a couple of screening quesitons about the company. I really just want to be able to use Glassdoor again. I really didn't care about the interview.
Initial call with recruiter to go over position and resume. A couple days later we scheduled a Webex interview with local managers that took about an hour. The interview consisted of standard STAR questions.
