The interview process was pretty straightforward. I enjoyed working with Jason at HR. I had to answer some technical questions when talking to the team but the rest of the interview was pretty casual with team describing what they do and talking about their culture.

College job fair, then took an aptitude test on computer terminals at the Schwab office. Then met with multiple people and had interviews, both in a group setting and individually

I felt very comfortable during the procesa. If you are on an F1 visa applying for OPT its very hard to be accepted. So in my case, the interview process did not move forward as much due to that limitation
