The first interview was over the phone I was asked several questions regarding my customer service experience, I also believe it was not directly Charles Schwab, it was a third-party hiring agent. The hiring person wasn't even from Texas.
Seem-less and very conversationalThe complete interview was for 2 hours but it flew by. Roger was exteely personable. i enjoyed the process and very professional . I would recommend them

great experience and professionalism and overall a great campus to see and experience and see the culture of such a big financial firm. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to get in.
