Interview
I was back and forth with the Bethesda and Washington DC CSR role. The interviews are simple and easy. A lot of behavioral questions and overall they just want someone who is competent and a great personality, willing to stay at the company. I give a negative review because the Bethesda branch has ghosted me, after leading me on multiple rounds of interviews. I would follow up and they would schedule more meetings with them. They wanted me on board but hesitant due to relocation. The interview process was dragged out so long I ended with a much higher paying job in IB.

great experience and professionalism and overall a great campus to see and experience and see the culture of such a big financial firm. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to get in.
