Interview
I submitted my resume online. Someone within the group that I applied, contacted me to set-up an interview for the following week. Interview was with 4 people. It was very typical HR type STAR interview. Be sure to have prepared interview responses/examples of when you showed leadership skills, worked on a team, had to balance work-load etc. I thought the interview went well, but I did not get a second interview. If I had to do it over, I would REALLY prepare the STAR responses.

Interview
I had a phone interview with an HR representative. We discussed the position and my experiences at a high level. I then was flown to CA for an in person interview with a panel of managers, and several one-on-one meetings with my prospective team members.
