Interview
The whole interview process will focus on your experiences and skills. You also have to be prepared for technical questions related to the position you're applying for. I experienced a very smooth flow as the interviewers are very accomodating and will not intimidate you. You just have to be yourself and be honest about telling your experiences. After the group/panel interview, you will have the results immediately and they will tell you what are the next steps to do.

Ameno, no hubo instancias de evaluaciones contables tecnicas. Entrevista virtual de 1 hora con 2 managers de seleccion. 30 minutos en ingles y 30 minutos en castellano.
No se permite saber a que sector vas a quedar dentro de un area. Es decir, te dicen que vas a entrar en finanzas pero no te dicen si es contabilidad, pago a proveedores, etc. Te comentan tu puesto una vez que ingresas
