The initial interview is designed to assess your comprehensive understanding of the field, encompassing questions that delve into topics like the processes involved in the refining of crude oil, among others. This phase of the interview process is conducted in a panel format, involving multiple interviewers simultaneously. On the other hand, the subsequent interview focuses on fostering interpersonal connections and assessing your compatibility with the prospective team members. Conducted in a one-on-one format, this stage spans throughout the day, affording you the opportunity to meet and interact with approximately eight individuals who play pivotal roles within the organization. The aim of this multi-phase interview process is to ensure that candidates possess both the technical expertise required for the role and the interpersonal skills necessary for effective collaboration within the team.

Initially On campus Interview with HR person, Followed up with them at one of their hiring events later, then they invited me for "ALL-DAY" on-site interview and it was basically getting to know the entire Design's team., Still waiting to hear back from them in 2-3 weeks.
