Application was through the company recruitment website and all communications were via emails. Good instructions for getting to site on Jurong Island, but the overseas recruitment representative was not responsive to email. There was one round of interview with a panel of three. No written technical assessment; all questions were answered verbally on the spot. A few questions was technical in nature, but most were scenario-based covering communication skills, past achievements, dealing with challenges, etc.
