The interview process has very easy questions. The questions mostly had to do with your availability and openness to work on weekends, nights, and holidays. I told them I was always available to work.

Was done in a group interview setting (4 people) and took turns answering questions based on whoever wanted to answer first. Interview was not very long and asked to keep answers more concise.

Casual and in the back room of the mall. Everyone is dressed in all black so I also dressed in dark colors for my interview. Others will be around so it’s not really a private one on one interview
