Straight forward, multiple rounds, if the manager likes you the rest of the interview is with the teams you work with. It’s a fun interview process like a casual conversation but technical, sharing own experiences and solutions.

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Collective Health
Interview
Process was fine. I don't think the person interviewing me was actually looking to hire me but the questions he'd asked seemed tangent towards the job and more towards the Process my current company undertaking. I can tell from the conversation since I have been on the other side, trained, to respect candidates time and effort, I found none of those. Management, please take notes. Perhaps this is something you need to do better at.

Question 1
More around my companies current process than the actual job posted around Data Engineering/Staff
The recruiter set up a call with me for 2 weeks later just to get on the call and let me know in the first 30 seconds that I do not have enough experience. Why did you set up the call then?
Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience during a recruiter screen. That is not the type of experience we strive to offer our candidates regardless of the outcome of the interview, and I apologize that we let you down.
We are committed to addressing this and improving our candidate experience. We will be sharing your feedback with the recruiting team and will do our best to ensure that we do better for future candidates interviewing with us. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
