Interview
The interview was fine, and the interviewers were professional, but the recruitment support was very lacking.
1) No information about the recruitment timeline; neither the interviewers nor the recruiter could say how long the process would take.
2) There was no interview feedback, and the in-house recruiter did not reply to emails.
3) There was no information about the hiring manager; I didn't know who was hiring before the interview. They changed the list of interviewers at the last minute.
It was an interview panel. I have asked about who the role reported to before the meeting, but no information was provided. In the meeting, it gave off the vibe that they were hiring for other role(s) as the questions and information provided were not aligned with the job description. I reckon the initial role I applied for has already been filled or its job requirements have since been changed, but without communicating the change in scope/detail with me, as it took almost 3 months (I applied in Nov 2025) to hear from them about interview, and the interview content was not aligned with the role I applied for.
The fact that I also had to waste time and money to attend this poorly coordinated meeting onsite made this interview experience a rather bad one. I was hoping to provide feedback through their internal channel, but I didn't receive any questionnaire, which usually comes a month after the interview. In my case, it has been almost 2 months, and all I've gotten is radio silence.

Interview
Interview consisted of straightforward interview process with the head of compliance and then 2 followup interviews following the initial. These were in-person as compared to video/zoom. Offices and access to the building was easy but entrance us difficult to find as their are no building logos.
