Fir you have to apply through CBA's Portal through 'search and apply'
Almost Immediately you get an email for online Assessment (45 minutes), there's a bunch of videos to see if you're fit for the role and so you can better understand what the role asks of you. Then followed by 2 multitasking/problem solving assessing simple games (do your best).
A few days later you get an email for digital Interview (5 questions)
Week or 2 later call about having progressed to Final in-person/zoom Interview (6 questions)

-describe a time when you dealt with a difficult customer
-what do you know about CBA
-if a customer is understandably distressed how would you deal with them all-while making sure you do your job as an early customer engagement specialist

Interview was done remotely. Asked to describe myself, work history and skills, and why I wanted to work for the company. They described the position and what skills they were looking for.
