A brief screening for skills and abilities. They really want to make sure you are a people person. If you are not, they do not want to hire you. Looking sharp for the interview is great, but the dress code in the entire office is at most business casual. You can wear tshirts and hoodies every day if you need to.

Group interview after a phone interview. Required diploma even if you didn’t graduate recently and they fingerprint and send to the FBI. Some departments drug test though mine didn’t they do that also.

I was interviewed by 2 employees from the company and my job recruiter from adecco. Interview was very straight forward and asked many questions that my job recruiters prepared me for. My interview last 30 minutes because I did ask questions and went in depth with my responses. Overall a good interview if you prepared before hand.

Interviewed with two employees who had become consultants after having also been intake specialists. Mainly discussed past experience and described job responsibilities. They were friendly. The employees seemed fairly comfortable.
