I was referred by a staffing agency. I interviewed with Tom. He was very personable and asked questions that were geared toward assessing your ability to converse with clients professionally and naturally. There was very little pressure in the interview. It was more like a conversation and I wasn't grilled to hard about my past experience. He stressed that even if you know nothing about finance and securities you can do the job as long as you are a good conversationalist.
