I personally did not like that the interviewers had their cameras off. Atop being remote, it makes it even harder to build any rapport in an interview environment or gain much insight into the interviewers themselves. Very very strange situation. In the competency questions, I was of course using lending examples which are naturally for a different lender, therefore are in conjunction with a different lenders risk appetite & compliance criteria. I felt the interviewers could only see things through Computershares risk appetite. The reason for not making a job offer was that I lack experience. Which is simply untrue, I have a lot of experience as I had demonstrated in the interview. A note to the company would be that Candidates appreciate honest feedback, not stock answers. On the whole, I would probably not consider an opportunity with this company again.
