The interview process was pretty laid back. The main interviewer was caught in a meeting when I arrived so I received an overview of what the role entailed during the interim. An assistant explained what it was that they did and how my skillset might intersect with the mission. By the time the main interviewer came in I already felt pretty comfortable and they just asked a lot of personality questions. Solid experience overall.
