I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cox Communications (Phoenix, AZ) in July 2019
Interview
Interview progress was quick and efficient. First meeting was with a recruiter followed by a group interview with multiple hiring managers. Overall a good experience with girl expectations about the role

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cox Communications (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2016
Interview
3 phone interviews, 1 face-to-face with 2 hiring managers lasting over an hour. Both were late to meet with me. After being contacted out of the blue by a recruiter, I was surprised at the length of the process. Close to 3 months. It took weeks after the recruiter phone interviews to schedule the in person meeting, and then was told it would take another few weeks for a decision. After several follow ups, I finally found out this morning that they decided to go with another candidate. Fine, but did it really take me reaching out to 4 different people to get a simple yes or no? Thankfully I wasn't putting all my eggs in that rotting basket.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cox Communications in Apr 2015
Interview
Two supervisors asking typical interview questions. A time a customer was unhappy and what you did about it was one I remember but definitely no curve balls in the process. Once I started was told one supervisor has first choice to bring you on their team, if they choose not to then second one can hire you.
