Recruiter contacted me, spoke to the recruiter on the phone for 30 minutes, and said he was going to set up a meeting, had to follow up regarding scheduling, after giving him times to schedule the interview once. 1st: Interview was with a senior manager mainly about background and skills 2nd: interview was a senior member of the team, was more technical Heard back from the recruiter a few days later said, that the 2nd interview went great and the interviewer really like me and they would like to bring for me to do another interview. This is when the communication stop, multiple followups and no response what so ever. Very unprofessional, and they don't respect peoples time.
