Innovate for Impact, Design for Delight

Our culture of innovation inspires everything we do. In fact, we like to think of ourselves as a 30-year-old start-up—because we may be big and established, but we are fast movers. We’re bold, creative and overflowing with fresh ideas that lead to products that improve the lives of millions. Working together in small teams with a “design first” approach, we are Innovation Catalysts. And we invite you to join us and use your own inventive ideas to help us solve important problems—and to help people do more, make more and be more.

Find out how we encourage and support our employees in tapping into their own passions to help us grow the company while delighting customers around the world.

I have been working at Intuit full-time (Less than a year)

Intuit offers amazing benefits to its employees and genuinely cares for them. Cultural fit is an important part of the hiring process. You are unlikely to find a commercial organisation of this size with such a multitude of kind people anywhere else. Our office is on thee top two floors of one of the most iconic buildings in Sydney, overlooking the harbour. Great opportunities to upskill and change roles.

Some of the business units are a bit siloed and could collaborate better. Incompetence is sometimes tolerated too long.

    Advice to Management

Recent changes have seen more rigour and discipline introduced by management. The changes have been criticised by some, but I see it as a very positive direction and look forward to it continuing.

    Difficult Interview

I applied online. I interviewed at Intuit (Sydney) in August 2017.

After several e-mails with Intuit I was progressed to a phone interview followed by a face to face interview which started off well but got progressively poorer as it went on, including a question about how I felt to be working with people who have degrees (?!?!?)
