RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Intuit full-time for less than a year
Pros
People first culture that's inclusive and fun. Fast moving company that leads with the customer problem with a thoughtful approach to customer driven innovations. Supportive people around you who share common and complimentary values that offers diversity of thought.
Cons
Centrally focused from the US being a US based company that can slow or even stall momentum and limits autonomy.

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Intuit full-time for more than a year
Pros
It’s amazing to me that through COVID-19 Intuit continued to look after their people’s health and well being, providing work from home furniture and IT setup, guaranteeing bonus’s and providing additional leave in case we need to take care of ourselves or loved ones.
Cons
Usual cons aligned to working in an AU territory when head office is US based.

"The great leaders are gone, the cancers remain."
Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Intuit full-time for more than a year
Pros
Good pay, equity and benefits. That's about it.
Cons
Strong leaders have left the business or have been moved on and replaced with unethical drug users. Anyone who thinks this isn't a reality is blind and complicit.

Pros
On a global level, it is a great company to work for. It really does look after it employees.
Cons
Local management has changed so many times that it seems like the company has lost its direction. New leadership has completely changed the culture of the company and it is no longer a great place to work.

"All compromise, no integrity."
Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Intuit full-time for more than a year
Pros
Competitive salary, shares, health allowance.
Cons
If you can memorise all the fancy words Intuit uses in their company 'values' and can be fake to everyone then you will get far in this place. People strongly (very) asked to participate in 'great place to work' surveys when no one wants to. Senior management only there for their own gain. Directors and Senior Managers who bully employees and break promises.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Intuit full-time for more than a year
Pros
Great company benefits, stock options, health insurance, reputable company
Cons
With every leadership overhaul the ship sinks deeper. Australia continues to lack clear strategy and falls further behind its competitors. Senior management have lost touch with their people and no longer serve a purpose. Many talented professionals have left or been used as scapegoats. Many deserving individuals have been overlooked for promotions while others who play the game continue to climb the ranks and deteriorate the culture. Intuit's values are recited repetitively by management, and although they are great in principal, they are never applied in reality.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Intuit full-time for more than a year
Pros
Great company benefits - spotlights, yearly gym allowance, health insurance benefits Reputable company
Cons
Despite having a leadership overhaul, the company still lacks a clear strategy and senior management have no idea how to or what it takes for the company to be successful. The whole senior leadership has lost their credibility as the year has been a complete joke, with no increase in the overall Australian subscriber number. The company has definitely lost their way in terms of direction and culture. Intuit is no longer a great place to work for and has definitely lost its appeal. There's an awful lot of politics that happens in both the Sales and Marketing teams, which basically means that those who don't "play the game" as well as the others will never get recognised. We've lost a huge amount of talent because of this. The culture of the company has changed dramatically. It's no longer a place where people want to work at.

Complete lack of strategy and leadership. Promotions aren't given on merit. MD fakes empathy and has no interest in her team.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Intuit full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Shares, health insurance, and a pretty office.
Cons
This place is one of the most toxic environments that seems quite shiny at first, appears supportive and encourages you to 'bring your whole self to work' whereas in actual fact you need to be a master of corporate politics, manipulation and jargon if you truly want to thrive. There is lots of number fudging to appease the US mothership, zero accountability, no targets are met, the brand value is diminished with ridiculous sales offers, scapegoats are used to cover mismanagement, and lots of people mysteriously disappear as they've been paid to leave and keep quiet. Leadership are constantly changing 'strategy' and there is no clear concise direction at all. It was the worst mistake joining this company - I thought I'd landed a dream job and drank the cool-aid for a while. Boy that wears off. and they sure as hell never once lived by their values. ' Integrity without compromise' lol!!! A goat has more integrity. It's a shame, apparently this is a good company in other countries.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at Intuit full-time for more than a year
Pros
Was rated a great place to work, perks and benefits to match
Cons
Ever since previous country manager left, the company has lost it's way and culture as too many chiefs and no indians.Middle managers have no experience as demonstrated in recent internal promotions that are severely killing whatever is left of the culture. Drug culture king promoted with all talk an no record of accomplishments...New Management have no clue and just ticking boxes... rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic, replace one bad apple manager with a new rotten apple manager ..... time to close up shop ..sad but true.
