The process consisted of three stages Phone screen: Google Meet call with a senior developer, very informal and more a conversation to talk about goals and expectations Technical Interview: Object Oriented Programming test with a software engineer, this involved solving a typical OOP problem with inheritance and class methods Team interview: Never got to this stage

Initial phone screen with the CTO. Discussion of some personal code you’re proud of via video call. Collaborative coding session probing translation of requirements into OO code via video call and code pad. Meeting with co founder with discussion around database concepts and application to a real world scenario. Quite a human and enjoyable process compared to larger companies. I wish them all the best.
