Lacks training. Downside of flexibility is a lack of people in the office.

Pros
Sales driven development cycle led to quick growth. Being early in the open banking/transaction analysis space was good timing for being acquired by Apple. People were lovely.
Cons
Got bureacratic quickly due to promotions and multiple levels of hierarchy even in a relatively small engineering team. Sales driven devlopment could put a strain on developer satisfaction.
