CropX Customer Service Representative interview questions

Contacted for phone screen a month after applying, followed by an interview with a manager, who walked me through the next steps of the process. Didn't hear back for two weeks, so I sent a follow-up email and received a response a few days later that they had moved forward with another candidate. Given the current market, I appreciate HR maintaining communication and not simply ghosting me.
