I applied through other source. I interviewed at Cummins
Interview
The interview process at Cummins is quite smooth. I had 2 interview rounds, HR & technical. The first round was HR, which involved behavioural questions. It went on for a good 20-30 minutes. The second round was technical, which went on for around 30-45 minutes.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cummins (Stoughton, WI) in June 2023
Interview
Contacted by hiring manager and set up an interview shortly after. The interviewer was extremely nice and asked basic questions. We chatted a little bit about life and was very respectful the whole conversation. I was looking for a Co-Op position for the future and even though I interviewed early, my interviewer kept in touch and helped me get the Co-Op set up for the future date.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cummins (Indianapolis, IN) in May 2018
Interview

2.) Interview with engineering hiring manager(phone), very interested in previous experience and projects completed. Asked details about both but the interview overall wasn't very technical or difficult. Be prepared to answer questions about your resume and be able to explain what's on it in detail
