Interview
Phone Interview then Face to Face Interview with 3-5 people. They have a set of questions they must ask, situational questions, and give me a time where you did this or displayed this behavior.
Submit resume in career fair and got the interview call. Did only one round campus interview and received offer. It was mostly behavior question knowing me as a person and understand my point of interest. Interview was a panel, but they are very nice and easy going. Ask direct question and respect your answers
