I drop my resume in campus career service. After 1 week I got the first interview on campus. The second interview was a phone interview,called functional interview. I think it is really easy questions, such as,tell me a story about the conflict with your teammates.

Great process - Found very supportive and structured and the HR was up to date with me at every step. Loved how supportive they were throughout. There was only three steps for me which was the screening process, the online interviews and a tour around the complex.
